What about Search Engines
If your website is online, now is the time to think about how people are going to find it.

The vast majority of Internet users find new web sites by using a search engine.

A position within the top 20 listings of a major search engine tremendously increases traffic to a web site.

Successful search engine marketing campaigns start with Paid Inclusion. Paid inclusion does not affect the ranking of search results, but instead ensures that a site is listed.

Over time the keyword data will reveal the words and phrases that are successful at generating highly relevant traffic to a website.

By paying to include your website, instead of being crawled, you are exercising control over the exact listings that searchers will find. You also have the added benefit of being re-crawled every 48 hours, instead of having to wait for the once a month update of a free listing.

Those keywords and phrases can then be purchased through pay per click programs through Google, Overture and LookSmart with the knowledge that the terms are successful at creating conversions and therefore worth the investment. They can also be incorporated into content throughout the website in a long-term effort to build a website that attracts visitors and succeeds because it provides relevant content to its market.

B) Website optimised for Search Engines; in consultation we will develop a list of keywords/phrases that you wish your site to be found with. The site will be submitted to the search engines that are free. You will receive reports detailing the submissions made on a three monthly basis. A three monthly report is also generated giving details of your position within the listings of the major search engines. An example is attached.

C) Once optimised your site will be submitted to the major search engines under there respective paid inclusion schemes. This ensures that you have a listing in the search engines that do not have a free submission service. It ensures that your site is indexed quickly and then repeatedly every 48 hours so that any changes are quickly reflected on search results. It also guarantees you're a place in the major search engines. Including Yahoo. Reports are generated monthly for your website under this option.

D) Additional search engine advertising can be purchased on a "pay per click" basis. This can be useful in generating targeted traffic; your ad is displayed when the search terms you have chosen are entered into a search engine and you pay each time your advert is clicked by that potential customer. Costs can be limited using this method by quoting a ceiling monthly figure. Cost is dependant on the number of schemes entered into and can range from £350 - 1200 per annum.
